Hi..
In my application, the global search is not returning results for Bulk Dispatch and Dispatch case types.
To resolve this, I enabled indexing for these two case types, and the indexing status is now shown as finished. However, the issue still persists, and the cases are not appearing in the search results.
Could you please help me identify what might be missing or causing this issue?
