How to Remove/ Hide Assignment Header in Self-Service Portal

Hi Team
I have a requirement to hide the assignment header in the Self-Service Portal for end users.(Constellation 25.1)

Specifically, I need to remove the following details from the assignment screen:

  • Assigned to (operator name)

  • Case ID

  • Urgency (e.g., Urgency 10)

  • Assignment title section

This information should not be visible to end users in the Self-Service experience.

This is not feasible in OOTB. Any business reason to hide this information?
