I am Assunda Trezza responsible for Partnerships at Sopra Steria Spain and administrator of the Pega partner portal and I would like to grant privileges to some of my colleagues for software downloads and technical support.
@AssundaT Access to My Pega → My Software is only possible if the user is properly affiliated and registered as a support contact.
Are you the Pega account administrator for the two companies you refer to? If so then you should already be able to add these users using the MSP functionality.
Your name and email address domain would need to exist as Administrator with the MSP Administrator role assigned to be able to add and modify user roles to have support access.
But for regular purpose, You can follow the instructions posted by Marije.
You’ll have someone managing the MSP portal as an administrator can grant you the required priviliges if you’re talking about the organization level one.
