If you have forgotten your Pearson VUE login credentials for Pega certification exams, you can follow the steps below to retrieve or reset your login credentials:

  1. Go to the Pearson VUE website at www.pearsonvue.com/pega and click on the “Sign In” button located at the top right corner of the page.

  2. Click on the “Forgot Username or Password?” link below the “Sign In” button.

  3. Enter your email address or username associated with your Pearson VUE account and click on the “Continue” button.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and reset your password or retrieve your username.
