Unable to login pearson vue account

Hi Team,

I’m planning to write CPDC certification but i’m unable to login pearson vue portal. I have contacted with pearson admin team there is no problem with my account their side they asked me to check pega system. can you please help me on this.

Manage your Pearson VUE account

Did you contact Pearson Vue on https://home.pearsonvue.com/pegasystems/contact?

Hi @SrujanaA17233016,

We want to help, but there is nothing we can do as we do not manage Pearson VUE accounts. In fact, we cannot even look up your account, as we do not have access.

Perhaps you do not have a Pearson VUE and need to create a new Pearson VUE account? To be clear, Pearson VUE accounts are separate from Pega accounts.
