Login Issue while giving exam

Due to technical issue the procture they asked me to login from different system as i was logged in with company’s system but the check-in time exceed when i was restarting the exam could you please allow me to re-login.

@PrachiG16 it is not clear what Pega Academy problem you are logging.

How did you change ‘system’ ?

Are you able to log into your Pega Account profile? Is there a problem with what is displayed here?

Can you clarify what exam you are referring to?

If this issue is with Pearson VUE then have you contacted Pearson Vue directly? Usually they need to resolve this directly with the candidate. Once you contact them, you should hear back within 5-7 business days. If you don’t hear back from them by then, please email [email protected] with your exam details and description of what happened and we can look into it for you!
