Did not get the certificate.

I haven’t recieved the CSA certificate even after successfully clearing the examination.

Can any one please help me with this issue?

@MarijeSchillern I have read all the FAQs and got to know that certificate generates after 5 working days from the passing date but today its been more than 2 months but I haven’t received the certificate.

Hi @RohanP16833927: Please make sure the email id used for Pearson VUE is associated with your PEGA account. If this is correct already and if you are still not seeing the achievement in your PEGA profile, I suggest you to submit a query using the contact us option available in the FAQ page. This will route your account related issue to the right team.
