Hi ,

I passed the CSA test, and now it’s been a week and I haven’t received my certification. When can I get it?

If you have used same mail id https://home.pearsonvue.com/Clients/Pegasystems.aspx and https://www.pega.com/ in both accounts, in that case Wait for couple days your certificate will reflect into your account maximum by this weekend don’t Worry.

In case you are not receive the certificate write a mail to support team [email protected] or
