I passed pega certifiction exam on 24 January 2023 with 82%. Its been 1 month now that I haven’t received passing certificate. When can I expect my certificate. Please inform me. Please find attached scorecard.

As noted in the Pega Academy FAQs, you must have an active Pega account. The email address associated with your Pearson VUE certification is in a MustConfirm status.
Follow the guidance in the FAQs for what to do if you have not confirmed the email address.
@eddie.jm I have updated E-mail ID in Personvue account same as that of Pega academy account.
Still certificate is not yet generated. Where can I see this “MustConfirm status” in profile. Also followed the process shared in the FAQ. Kindly guide me in this.

Have you checked your Pega account recently? I see the CSA certificate displayed as expected.
