I have recently given the PEGA CSA 8.6 and cleared it. I also got a mail that i am certified but i’m unable to find the certificate in achievements page.
@SaiKumarT0379 Don’t you see them when you log into your Pega account Profile using your Pega account credentials?

Thanks for giving reply. No, I can not find the certificate over there. I have given the exam on last friday so it’s been only 2 working days. Btw I have confirmed the email address used in PearsonVUE exam account and Pega account is same. Can i expect it after 5 -7 working days? what step should I take if I don’t get my certificate in pega account?
@SaiKumarT0379 Indeed it will take some days. Are you positive that your email in Pearson VUE is the same as your Pega account email?
I think PegaAcademySupport [email protected] could assist you if the certificate is not showing after 5-7 working days.
@SaiKumarT0379 hi Sai Kumar, I see you cleared the exam on 21 Jan, which was a Friday. I will follow up on this for you, but the cert should display after today.
