In the select channel and direction section under test tab of an action we are not getting web/mobile options

Please find the document below for an explanation of why the Test tab is used for actions. Regarding the question of why the web and mobile channels cannot be tested using the Test tab: For the web channel, offers are displayed on the webpage as banners, footers, or tiles. Testing these through the Action Test tab isn’t feasible. The same logic applies to the mobile channel as well.
