Deploy the Portal Channel in Pega Platform 8.8.2

I have created a Portal Channel in my Dev region in Pega Platform 8.8.2

It created a Portal, Harness, Section rule.

I have added these 3 rules in my Product and deployed to my Test environment.

However, when I go the Channels and Interfaces screen in Test environment - do not see the Channel I created
