We want to Upgrade Pega Platform and Customer Decision Hub from version 8.6.6 to 23.1.4. Is possible to make an Upgrade to 23.1.4 on WebLogic Server 12.2 that we have in our implementation?

Checking the Pega Platform Support Guide ('24.2 version), it shows WebLogic 12.2.1 as deprecated for Pega '23. That usually means it’s still supported for now, but Pega advises against using it for upgrades if possible.
The main thing to be aware of is that Pega plans to stop supporting WebLogic entirely from Pega '25 onwards. So, upgrading to '23 on WebLogic would only be a temporary solution before another migration is needed.
Also worth noting: EAR deployments haven’t been supported on WebLogic since Pega 8.6, so you’d need to use WAR.
Given the direction Pega is taking (more towards containers/Kubernetes), it might be worth considering migrating off WebLogic as part of this upgrade project.
