Immediate Steps Post Upgrade Tasks from 7.1.9 to 8.5 (Oracle 12.1.0.2|Weblogic)

Hi Pega Team,

We are upgrading from upgrade from 7.1.9 to 8.5 on Premise to On Premise | Pega platform | App server –WebLogic 12.1.3.0 | DB Server – Oracle server 12.1.0.2. Can any one help with immediate steps.
