Certified in PCBA 8.0. Do I need to get certified in 8.8 as well?

I wanted to know if my PCBA 8.0 certification will be updated to PCBA 8.8 or do I need to give the certification again?

Certification version will not get updated.

If you want Pega 8.8 CPBA certification getting added into your profile, then you need to take the exam again in 8.8 version.
