certification Update

Dear PEGA Team,

I obtained my certification for version 8.7, and I now need to get certified for version 8.8. I reviewed the Q&A, and it seems that I need to complete certain tasks to obtain the 8.8 certification.

Could you please let me know where I can find these tasks? Once I complete them, will that allow me to update my certification?

You need to complete the mission for the certification in that version. Which certification are you referring to?

@koujik17121330, If you want to get the certificate in 8.8 version you need to complete all the tasks and Q& A, if that test is passed then only you can get the certificate in 8.8 version automatically and completed badge will be available in your profile section.

Hi @koujik17121330: Hope you are referring to the Certification section listed under achievements in your profile. If you have taken a certification exam in version 8.7, it will show it. Completion of missions and modules in academy will only help to add in badges (for example Low-Code App Builder badge in your profile) to your profile.

If you need to get your certification updated to the latest, you need to do the respective certification in the latest version.

Please see this to understand the difference between certification badge and Achievement badge.

You have to complete this mission for your certification to get updated. Though its always recommended to complete the whole mission, completing the mission exercise and mission test at the end earns you the badge. You need to wait for few days before the update happens in your profile. It wont be updated in the certification badge in your profile but you can see the update happen in the verify page.

By completing all the missions, tasks and internal test - does the older version of the certificate got upgraded ?
