Certification (CPBA) is not showing on verification portal

Hello,

Apurva Singh ([email protected]) has completed CPBA 8.8 certification on 26th December 2023, but the Pega VERIFY CERTIFICATION portal is not showing the record, which generally gets reflected almost instantly or max in 1 week time.

Could you please help us identify a possible reason or any resolution?
