Completed Certification is not visible

Hi Team,

Hi Team, I have completed CPBA pega certification successfully in 2016. But I am not able to view my certificate on my account.

Could you please help me on this.

Name - Gowri Kusuma Narla

Company name when certification did - Incessant Technologies pvt ltd.
