I can’t edit any features in AdministratorOperatorID, and I am sure that I am logged in as an Administrator.
If I edit the access group, it shows this below image error. Could you please help to resolve this issue?

I can’t modify [email protected] related any rules in Personal Edition 8.6
But I am able to login with UserID: [email protected] and PassWord: Install
I am able to change the default acess group from PRPC:Administrators to PRPC:AppCreators in Community Edition 23.

Yes I can in my personal and project environments. Are you using the community edition?
@Bhumireddy at some point having the same default password for administrator at pega dot com became a security vulnerability. My guess is it’s either disabled now, or is configured with a complex password so that install won’t even work anymore for new systems
