Hi Team I need your assistant to resolve the issue.
In higher environment we are getting the blank pyadditionalaccessgroup for the operators ,for example if operators having blank pyadditionalaccessgroup once they have login to the Pega environment the ID got automatically corrupted.I need your assistant how to resolve the blank pyadditionalaccessgroup. Please pour your suggestion
Not clear on the issue, you mean to say when users login the pyadditionalaccessgroups are set to blank?
If so check on the authentication side, if sso authentication check the model operator referred in authentication rule or check in post authentication activity whether any manipulations are done updating pyadditionalaccessgroups.
