@farjanap5780 Pega Access Role has a restriction. Given [email protected] is a key Operator ID for Administrative tasks, Pega doesn’t allow you to modify [email protected] if you login with any ID other than [email protected]
@SUMAN_GUMUDAVELLY Even after logging in with [email protected] , I am getting the same issue.
Any solutions for that? PFA
Kindly check if there is any Rule-Object-Role-Access for the class Data-Admin-Operator-ID in your access roles. If any access-role is configured for this class then try to allow the read/write access and check the issue. If nothing was configured from the RBAC end, try to check if there is any ABAC configured on this class. Try to check the ABAC policy condition and ABAC policy rules to identify the issue.
@AnanyaA2 This is an expected behavior, Pega intentionally restrict any updates to [email protected] [other than Password updates I believe].
Please try to save as the same [email protected] to some other name as give a try , it will let you save/modify etc.,
