Can we subscribe a DL for Security notifications on Pega Platform and Pega Cloud Services

Hello,

We would like to subscribe a distribution list (DL) email to Pega Security Advisories. Meaning adding an email for notifications, but not an account that could sign into Pega resources such as MSP. The point is ensuring the notifications are reliably received by responsible teams, independently of possible leave of a subscribed individual. Is it possible to do by any means?

• Can we add a DL email to receive notifications about CAD support tickets?
• Is there anything like an RSS or an email subscription to Security Bulletins | Pega or 'Security Advisory tag in search (Search | Support Center (pega.com)) ?

Please advise what’s the best way to do it.

Please reach out to you account executive for assistance. Alternatively you can ask one of your support administrators to try to add the DL email in the required role in MSP.
