Work Pools Importance and Why it required?

Hi All,

Can someone please explain Work Pools in simple terms. Why it is required, usage, why pega give this Work Pools inside access group.

@AbhishekC1725 A work pool refers a set of case types.

For eg:-

Org-work-Customer-Onboard

Org-work-Customer-Documents

Org-work-Customer-Offboard

Here assume org-work-Customer is the work pool.

Now org-work-Customer(work pool) is added to access group to mention that users with that access group are allowed to create case types (above 3 case types) under the work pool.
