If business wants us to do an enhancement to an existing feature, but that enhancement involves lots of efforts then that is considered as change request as it cannot considered or picked in the current running sprint because it again involves efforts calculation, design decisions etc. Based on the efforts calculated, CR itself will be split into different user stories. These above things will help us to decide how much time it will take.

How frequently it comes-> that’s based on the enhancement asked by the business
