Is there any way to find the status of enhancement request somewhere in the support portal ?

Please see the comments section - updates can be obtained only via the Pega AE.
There is no formal enhancement request process in place at Pega that is accessible for our clients.
For known FDBK id’s we suggest that you contact your Pega AE who will then be able to liaise with the necessary Product teams to find out if there has been any movement.
