need to create a new change request (CR) in order to get the Staging environment Dump.
The reason why we need this requirement is review the dump how it looks like and also in future how our production environment data is present
Login to your MSP account from https://msp.pega.com, then raise a Cloud Assistance ticket and provide your type of request. Pega will internally change/route the ticket as per their need.
For security reasons, the Pega Cloud team does not encourage copying the data from Production to Staging. However, the Cloud team can provide a new pre-production instance (a replica of the production instance—but at an additional cost based on the storage space). Check with Pega CSE, CSM, or AE to initiate this and understand the cost for the new instance.
