Dear Team ,

Please we need your support to know if you have a way of VISA RTSI APIs integration to be able to create chargeback Cases , Representations , Pre-arb and follow up on the created cases from the issuer Side.

Hi @KareemE16995663,

There are Visa APIs for both pre-chargeback and post-chargeback processes in Pega Smart Dispute Issuer application.

Please refer to the Pega VCR Services data type for more information.
