For the clients using the complaints process workflow accelerator downloadable from End-to-end complaints process workflow accelerator | Pega,

and upgrading to Pega Inifnity from 8.6, can you please help to find the compliant verison.

Since Pega is the publisher of this application, you need to connect with your account executive for more details. There’s no mention in the documentation of its support post v8.6
