Validation Error: New Application Wizard to Create a New App on Existing Smart Dispute Built FW

Hi,

We are using PCRMFS87, SDFIB87, PCRM8.7.4 built FWs.

We are running New Application Wizard to build a new Implementation layer on an existing Smart Dispute built FW but getting errors.

Please see attached screen shots.

Please help me on this soon.

@SankranthiM your screenshot shows ‘Please fix the validation errors’ for Pega Disputes All for Issuers 8.7 application name.

Do you have all the hotfixes installed as per the documentation Smart Dispute for Issuers Hotfixes ?

Please can you confirm the version for Pega Disputes All for Issuers - is this v7.41 or 7.48?

Hi @SankranthiM Madhav - As we have been providing updates to you over support ticket(s), I hope this thread can be marked as resolved/answered.

Issue resolution: There were few rulesets which were part of Smart Dispute jars which were not imported which is going to fix this issue.

Issue Resolution: There are scheme specific jars which needs to be imported before the Smart Dispute installation is completed. Guided Madhav to request those jars and complete the steps mentioned as per the Smart Dispute Installation guide, after which the Smart Dispute New Application creation was successful.
