Unable to view Pega Certificate in profile

Hi team,

I had given the “PEGAPCBA87V1” certificate exam on ‘22nd July’, but still I haven’t received the certificate.

Can’t view the certificate in my pearsonvue.com site profile.

In general, it will take 5 business days for your certificate to be visible in your PEGA profile. In some cases it may exceed it. Please see academy FAQ here.

If this is the case after waiting few more days, please reach account support team using the support option available here.

Please make sure email id used in your pearson account and pega account are same.

You can see similar cases (questions) for many other community members with the suggestions and solutions shared for them (samples here, here, here, here).

Hi @ArulDevan,

Yes, there was a spelling mistake in the email id in the Pearson account that I updated today, also I have dropped an email to ‘[email protected]’ to update the same.

But at least the certificate should be available on the Pearsonvue site or not?

Hi @SarangM16697486: You will have the scorecard available in Pearson VUE. Certificate will be available in your PEGA profile page.

Changes in Pearson VUE will take up to 2 to 3 days to get synced.

I have just seen in the Pearsonvue profile and all other tabs, but certificate is not visible.

I will wait for 2-3 days as you said.
