Unable to view my certificate after completing 7 working days

Hi,

I completed my exam on 17 oct 2023 but still I’m not able to view my certificate.

Please can you help me regarding above issue.

You also used ‘Contact a Moderator’. We do not work with Pega Academy certificate issues. Please use the contact us documented on the Pega Academy FAQ pages which we already emailed to you.
