Unable to edit delegated Binary File in User Portal

Delegated binary file using “Add to favorites”. When trying to edit from User Portal (Cosmos) it is showing below message.

"This item has limited configuration access.

Switch to Case Manager portal to configure this delegated item."

In Case Manager portal it is working fine. Could you please get me out of this ?

Seems this when condition is returning true pxIsPortalSingleDocument.

What portal name is it exactly? Is it an Out-Of-The-Box one or did you customized it?

It is Theme-Cosmos OOTB User Portal. I did not customized it.

@NAGARAMU : Hi , I have got the same issue, did you find any hotfix or solution for it. We are also using COSMOS.

@ApurvaW7 : Theme-cosmos ruleset has a seperate harness named “DelegatedRulesPage” for delegation use case. Please make use of that harness instead of pzDelegatedRules harness to fix this issue.
