I want to give managers the same access to the data type (dataset) I have as the system architect. I want the manager to be able to change individual records, and do export/import. When I try to configure the manager portal, explore data is completely blank, and I do not know how to populate it.

@SatishS84 I have done the delegation, but havent been able to see it on the manager portal. I gave myself access to the manager portal via the operator page in dev studio. I also followed the documentation. I am using Theme Cosmos, so I check the access for each persona in App Studio, looks like Configuration is allowed for Manager persona.
Edit: After delegating to the role, the portal needs have the configuration tab enabled. Inside configuration the user can edit the data
