when I click Download cover letter button am getting below error pop up message
Unable to open the attachment. You lack the required permissions.
Any one please let me, how I can resolve this issue
Can you check the download activity, there should be a privilege present somewhere. That privilege should be present in your access role assigned in your access group. Otherwise if you have SysAdm4 present in your access group, then you should have all privileges.
