We are facing issue with download of files from attachment field.
While tracing it error pop up is “pyOperationNotSupported”. Does any faced similar issue?
System details:
Repository used: Sharepoint
Pega v: 24.2.5
Host : Pega cloud
Application type: constellation application
This is error on screen
I would first verify SharePoint repository capabilities. pyOperationNotSupported might indicate that the repository implementation does not support the operation being requested. Confirm that the SharePoint repository is configured to support both upload and download operations, not just storage.
If all configurations look ok, because this is occurring in Pega Cloud and involves a standard SharePoint repository with a standard Attachment component, I would open a Pega Support ticket to confirm whether this is a known defect in 24.2.5.
