Attach File - Issues Downloading

I’m attaching a file to a case via pxLinkAttachmentToCase, but when I try to download the file from the WO I’m getting the following:

Why is this happening? Is there a variable that I can set on the Data-WorkAttach-File to allow all users to download? I’m able to download as author.

Looks like you do not have permission to open attachments

Hi @DevinD16607791: Can you please check the conditions configured in canopenattachments access when rule? I don’t think this is OOTB rule. I hope there are some application level restrictions added in.

@DevinD16607791 Did you add this Access when to your particular ARO or just gave 5,5 values to fix it?
