UI Hang / Freeze on "Configure User Actions" in Pega (25.1.3)

We are encountering an issue in our Pega 25.1.3 Lab instance. While attempting to configure a view, clicking on the “Configure User Actions” option causes the screen to become completely unresponsive and freeze.

Could you please let us know if this is a known product defect in this patch, or if there is a specific hotfix or Constellation/DX API configuration we need to apply to resolve this?

Is this issue consistent? Are you able to reproduce the issue for all case types? or specific to case type?

This is a known issue with 25.1.3, please open an INC. The workaround is to use the UX Tab to open any assignment based form views.

This seems to be a known issue as @Joshua confirmed. Please check the solution recommended by Joshua or install HFIX-D1671 hotfix for 25.1.3.
