Configure view error: There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator

I’m trying to Configure the view of a step in Pega personal edition, but when I click “Configure view” it shows me this message: “There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator”. This message appears in other sections too, as the Explore Data section in App studio; I created a new app and I’m using the new credentials I created for me

Could you please check the pega rules log and also run the tracer while facing this issue. This might help in finding the rootcause

@P.Siva.Praveen I found the error, I was working in an app made with react, after I created a new app with Cosmos it works correctly
