Submission Confirmation Modal

After the third step in our case when the user selects submit I want to display a confirmation modal.

We are in Pega 24.2 using constellation and do not have access to the Event-Actions. Is this functionality possible and if so how can I implement it thanks.

We can achieve this requirement with the help of screenflow. 3rd screen will be the confirmation screen for the users to confirm all the details are correct before proceeding further.
