Spanish/Portuguese Data showing as question marks in Case Manager Portal.

Hi,

As am uploading data through excel in Case Manager Portal. The Spanish and Portuguese accents or Special characters were displaying as question marks. Any solution is appreciated.

For Example,

Adventure con tecnolog�a DuraScent� hace que su fragancia dure muuuuucho m�s.

These question marks to be replaced with actual characters.
