What triggers a Review Second Presentment assignment to go through the “Is Representment Reversal Check?” decision?

Hi Jamie,

In Smart Dispute for Mastercom, GetClaim API service is used to understand the status on a claim submitted to Mastercard.

Under GetClaim response, the chargebacks details tags could have multiple records like chargeback, second presentment and also when are there multiple chargebacks for same transaction.

So to evaluate a representment is reversed, under GetClaim Response there would be 2 second representment records with same chargebackrefnum and reversal and reversed flags would be true.

The trigger would be the queue record from Mastercard in the representment queue.
