SLA agent failing after PegaRobotManager dormant installation

`Hi All ,

After installting the Pega Robot Manager software binary - 8.6.2 , we are facing issues with SLA agent . We are able to connect these dotted points thru the logs . Can any one let me know if there are any agents to be turned off if its a dormant installation .

Issue is a RuntimeException happening in OpenAndLockWork activity at step 8 . Same setup is working fine in other environments .

Any idea will be highely appreciated .

You shouldn’t see any issues regardless of the install mode used. Do the other environments follow the same install process?

Keeping the issue aside you should update to the latest patch for your version 8.6.3 as it is always recommended before start debugging anything.

Issue is due to cache issue and got resolved with clear cache server restart
