No Instance available to try the Robot Manager in Pega Academy

Hi,

I am now on the training of Pega Robot Manager but there is no instance available for Pega Platform to try the Robot Manager from the Mission. Can I have the link for the Pega Platform instance so that I can try the Robot Manager?

@LizetteL I believe you will need to download Pega Personal Edition.

  1. Navigate to https://my.pega.com/mypegaprd/PRAuth/SSO/MyPega/MySoftware
    • You can also get to this link from the menus on the Academy pages by selecting “Support” → “Download Pega Software”.
  2. On the lower right-side of the screen is a link labelled “Download Pega Personal Edition”.
  3. Install this and then you’ll have a local Pega Platform instance to use for the exercises.

@lambm Hi, there is already a latest version of Pega Robot Manager which is 8.8.1 and I tried to use it in the mission, but it seems that the Mission from Pega Academy is not updated.

A new mission for PRM 8.8 should be completed in about two months. The latest Challenges for the PRM mission is based on 8.6. I apologize for the delay on PRM. Some modules for 8.8 PRM have been published, as they are completed.
