Send bell notification when user is added as follower to a case

Is there any out of the box feature available to send a bell notification to the operator when someone added them as a follower to a case in CS Constellation?

If they can add as a follower and also tag them in Pulse, that will trigger a bell notification to the user.

@RameshSangili that is a work around we already suggested to agents. But we are looking for any automated way as it a basic requirement :slightly_smiling_face:
