We have a requirement to control visibility of work queues based on Roles in one of the landing pages. Ex: Supervisor can see all the work queues but user can see only some of them. Both Supervisor and user belong to the same work group but different Roles and Access groups. If there are 3 work queues associated to the work group, how do we ensure supervisor can see all of them but user can see some. Tried adding role to the work queue form but that didnt work. We are using Constellation 25. Appreciate any help.
We can handle it in different ways,
- Landing Page - Page Visibility for Supervisor vs User
- We can display 3 different tabs for each Work queue and controlling the visibility for each user role.
- We can define the Work queues in the Operator profile and display the Work queues based on each operator Profile - This requires custom impl

We have used TO DO widget enabling work queues that displays all work queues associated with the workgroup of logged in user. How do we display only selected queues there?
