For the TODO widget that pega provides for constellation. I have noticed that it does not completely support the configuration that is available on the operator ID. For example, if I select work queue for the parameter on the TODO widget it will only display the list of work queues associated for my default work group.
However, if I have a operator that has individual work queues added to their operator ID or if the operator is part of multiple work groups, then pega constellation does not display those work queue on the widget.
I also notice that the TODO widget behaves differently if I am a manager of multiple work groups.
Since this functionality is wrapper in a DX component now is there anywhere that provides the high level overview how the component works and how it is suppose to work with the OOTB operator ID, work group, and work queue configuration?
