Role and Permission for Specific Case Type Access In Constellation

Hi team,

I have one requirement show case type creation for specific access role.

In Ui-kit,We can add privileges in pystartcase but in constellation i don’t see pystartcase in casetype rule. So how can I restrict casetype for Specific user role

There are 2 ways to achieve this -

  1. User management landing page in App Studio - On the User management landing page and in the Access Manager, you set permissions for the Access Roles associated with a particular Access Group.

  1. Conditional visibility of case type in Create menu - This requires more customization in the dev studio.

Thanks for your update, for step1 i can able to see this option User management landing page in App Studio.
Step2 : i tried this in create menu it was hidden but when i launch the webportal in create menu i can see casetypes.
