Need some guidance on how to create a readonly AccessGroup with its AccessRole having AROs to prevent Case Creation, Completing Assignments, Editing data, adding attachments, etc. Basically with this level of Access someone can search and browse cases but cannot actually perform any work.
Pega Application is built on Constellation 26.1.1 with PegaCS.
I have tried creating ARO on my base Work class for my cases by disallowing Writes, etc. For PegaCS cases I see Service-Work in the inheritance hierachy, so I tried putting ARO to disallow Writes. Tried to make the “Go” button go away by adding ARO on Assign-, AssignWorklist- etc.
I feel like I am barking up the wrong tree with Constellation. This is my first Constellation application and I almost feel like it is ignoring my AROs completely. Basically the DX components are not looking at my AROs I think.
I also cannot but imagine this should not be a hard problem to solve and there is a very simple solution I am just clueless about. I am ready to try almost anything at this point. Hoping someone has gone through this problem and has some advice for me.
