In Robotics System Architect Mission, Creating projects and adding application Challenge we need to BankerInsight desktop application. For some reason, I am unable to get the Intorigation to work.
I see a message “Unable to start process BankerInsight.exe. Start process injected....failed”. In the BankerInsight extracted folder all the mentioned files in Installing Pega Robort Studio Challange are available.
Please assist me in getting this issue resolved.

@GOURIKWThis is likely due to either security software on your machine blocking this application (or blocking Pega Robotics), or your Pega Native Foundation is out of date. What is the version of Pega Native Foundation you are using (you can see this in your Add/Remove programs window by running the command appwiz.cpl from the command line or run dialog)? What is the version of Pega Robot Studio (Help–>About from Robot Studio)? What is your Windows OS version (run winver from the command line or the run dialog)? You will need to write out version numbers as text (ten dot one dot eleven two zero seven dot twenty-three zero two) or take a screenshot as entering the version numbers sometimes gets flagged by the community as proprietary information.
You might also check that the Pega Notification Manager service is running (you can run the command services.msc from the command line or run dialog to check).

I do have an antivirus. I disabled it as well as Windows Defender and even then I got the same error.
I also tried creating a project using Notpad++ and Calculator and in both cases, I got the same error.
It seems like for the web application “Pega Finance” I can Interrogate without an issue.
I have attached screenshots of all the versions you mentioned and also a screenshot of the Pega Notification Manager Service is up and running.
Please advise.

The Pega Finance web application interrogation works as expected at the moment.
I also tried a new project with Notepad ++ and Calculator and I still get the same error for those applications as well.
Please find the screenshots of the versions you mentioned above as well as a screenshot of Pega Notification Manager service running.

@GOURIKW In order to support Windows 24H2, you must be running the latest version of Pega Native Foundation (PNF). You can acquire this by downloading the latest Runtime or Studio installation and within that zip file is an installer for PNF. You can update that product independently of Studio/Runtime, so you can stay on 22.1.26 if you prefer and still install the latest PNF, although we encourage you to update Studio/Runtime as well to get the latest and greatest experience.

Thank you so much, the windows application Intorigation is working now. However, when I try to Intorigate the web application I get the attached error.
net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
It was working fine before.
Can you please help with resolving this too.

@GOURIKWWithout a company affiliation, you will need to wait until the course content can be updated with a newer version. With an affiliation, you would be able to download the latest version from your portal. I did inform the course owner however and believe it will be updated sometime tomorrow.

@GOURIKWI have been told that the link in the course materials has been updated with a current version that supports 24H2.
One more thing: I think the cert for roboticstraining.pega.com has expired. I attached the screen for your reference.
