Hi Team,
I am facing an issue while launching and interrogating the BankerInsight Windows application from Pega Robot Studio.
My environment details are:
- Operating System: Windows 11 Home Single Language
- Windows Version: 25H2
- OS Build: 26200.9457
- Application: BankerInsight.exe
- Application Path:
C:\rpa\BankerInsight\BankerInsight.exe
I have configured the Windows application in Pega Robot Studio with the following settings:
- Path:
C:\rpa\BankerInsight\BankerInsight.exe - StartMethod: Start
- StartOnProjectStart: True
However, when I try to launch the application from Pega Robot Studio, I receive the following error:
Unable to start process BankerInsight.exe. Start process injected C:\rpa\BankerInsight\BankerInsight.exe failed.
The BankerInsight application launches successfully when I run the EXE manually from Windows Explorer.
Could you please help me identify the root cause of this issue and provide the recommended resolution? I have attached screenshots showing my Windows version, Pega Robot Studio configuration, and the exact error message for reference.
Any guidance or recommended solution would be greatly appreciated.
